Astrup Fearnley Museum

Identity for Oslo's Astrup Fearnley museum, Norway's leading contemporary art space.

The namestyle features the two brand colours, but allows for flexible placement of the word 'Museet'.

Physical Application

The namestyle applied to the 2012 Renzo Piano building that was purpose built to house the museum, showing the flexibility in application of the last word.

The stationery features small indentations along the top to break up the shape. The reverse is printed solid with the brand blue.

Neuzeit Grotesk was selected as the brand's typeface for its geometric and clean feel, which — whilst containing character and warmth — retains a calm and factual stance.
